I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
Returns:
You have 30 days from when your order is delivered, to make a return. All returns must be postmarked within the 30 days period. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging attached.
Returns Process:
You have to contact us through our e-mail to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After you receive your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail it to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges. Please check size charts carefully. If you are unsure about a size, please contact us. If you are on the borderline size, size up. If you are unsure if you would like something, order the smallest quantity.
Anything that can be consumed, is not returnable by law, in addition to some products. For additional products that cannot be returned, it will be noted on the individual product page.
Refunds
After receiving your product, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days, from when your return was received, to process your return or exchange.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Generally, it takes 2-5 business day to received an order. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska, may take a bit longer.
Do you offer next day or expedited shipping?
We do not offer these shipping options at this time.
Do you accept insurance as a form of payment?
No, we do not at this time.
